Hummous Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
3 medium cloves garlic, sliced
1 large handful parsley
2 medium scallions, in 1 pieces
3 cup cooked chick peas
6 tbsp tahini
6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp salt (to taste)
OPTIONAL.. CAYENNE AND
CUMIN TO TASTE
Recipe Preparation
1. Place garlic, parsley, and scallions in a food processor or
blender and mince. 2. Add chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt,
and puree to a thick paste.
