Easy Black Bean Salad Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
1 and drained
1 can (16 oz) yellow corn, rinsed
1 and drained
1 can (7 oz) chopped green chilies
1 with liquid
1 red bell pepper,diced small
1 small purple onion, diced small
3 tbsp cilantro, chopped fine
1 juice of 1 lime
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Recipe Preparation
Combine all ingredients and serve either hot, room temperature or
cold. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Per serving:
