Sara Lee's Arkansas Barbeque Sauce
Ingredients
1/2 cup water
3 oz sugar, brown
3 oz worcestershire sauce
3 oz mustard, yellow
1/4 cup ketchup
1/8 cup pepper, black, ground
1/8 cup red pepper flakes
3/4 qt red wine vinegar
1/4 qt white wine
3 oz salt
Preparation
Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 1/2 hour. Do not cook or
store in aluminum, store in glass.

* Keep a fire extinguisher close to where you will operate your barbeque.
* Use charcoal lighter fluid to light new unlit coals only, ie don't use it on coals that are hot or already lit.
