Circle J Barbeque Sauce Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 clove garlic -- minced
1 small onion -- minced
3/4 tsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp grated fresh horseradish
1 tbsp mixed thyme, marjoram,
1 parsley
2 tbsp vinegar
3 cup water
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp juice from bottled tabasco
1 peppers
2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp salt
Recipe Preparation
Combine all ingredients and cook slowly for 45 minutes. Use to baste
meat or fish while cooking, or dip slices or chunks of hot cooked
meet into the heated sauce before serving.

A few tips on healthy eatingIn planning a diet, the important thing is to also endeavour to restrict your ingestion of refined carbohydrates, salt and fats.

* Use soya flour or baking mix. When you have to use flour for baked goods, substitute soy flour or a baking mix such as Atkins soy baking mix. Most of the time, you may convert your most popular recipes that use standard wheat flour to use these alternatives.

I know, you can't really describe it as cooking, but if you really want smoothies you can make perfectly acceptable alternatives by using low carbohydrate yogurt and fruit. Clearly, you will need to ensure you only make use of fruit that is low in carbs and use the whole fruit as you need the fiber.

Lycopene is a natural compound and one of the same family of phytochemicals as carotene. Lycopene is behind the red color of quite a few fruits and vegetables.

. Lycoprene's main advantage is that it works as an antioxidant and is believed to be of use in the fight to lower the chances of developing cancer.
Lycopene is the strongest quencher of singlet oxygen, which is correlated with skin aging. It is also thought to impede the progression of diseases affecting arterial blood vessels.
