Pie Crust (Star 6 13) Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
4 cup flour
1 3/4 cup shortening
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 each egg
1/2 cup water
Recipe Preparation
MIX THE FLOUR, SHORTENING, SUGAR AND SALT WITH A FORK. IN A SMALL
BOWL MIX THE VINEGAR, EGG AND WATER. ADD TO THE FLOUR MIXTURE WITH A
FORK UNTIL MOISTENED. MOLD INTO A BALL AND CHILL. ALLOW TO CHILL FOR
AT LEAST 15 MINUTES BEFORE USING AND KEEP REMAINING IN THE
REFRIGERATOR FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS.
