Old-Fashioned String Beans & Bacon Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 cup string beans
1 *plus:
1 liquid
2 each med potato, diced
1/4 lb bacon, diced
1/4 tsp salt
1 each sm onion
1 cup water
Recipe Preparation
Can use fresh string beans, substituting equivalent amount for the
canned. Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch dice. Brown the bacon and combine
with the other ingredients and cook about 30 minutes until potatoes
