Thai Coconut Rice
Ingredients

1 cup thai kitchen select harvest
1 jasmine rice water
3/4 cup thai kitchen pure coconut
1 milk
5 slice fresh ginger, peeled
1 tbsp salt
Preparation
Bring To Boil Water, Coconut Milk, Ginger Slices, And Salt. Add Rice,
Cover And Reduce Heat. Simmer For 20 Minutes. Remove From Heat And
Let Stand For An Additional 7 Minutes. Fluff With A Fork. Serves 2-4.
