5 cup soup stock or chicken broth
1/2 lb winter melon, diced
1/4 cup chicken, diced
4 water chestnuts, diced

Place stock or broth in a pot. Cover & bring to a boil. Add winter
melon, chicken & water chestnuts. Simmer 10 minutes. Season to taste
with salt and MSG.
