HOW TO BOIL WATER, TVFN
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp veg oil
1 dash sesame oil
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 cucumbers, seeded, thinly sliced
1 small red bell pepper, thin sliced
Recipe Preparation
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, oil, and pepper flakes. Mix in
