Chicken 'n' Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients
3 tbsp oil
1 lb bonless chicken breasts *
1/2 cup broccoli forets
2 oz snow peas (about 1/2 c)
1 each med carrot thinly sliced
1/2 each med red or green pepper **
1 each env golden onion soup mix
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 1/2 cup water
2 tsp imported soy sauce
1 tsp white or rice vinegar
1 hot cooked rice
Preparation
* Chicken breasts should be cut into thin strips. ** Sweet pepper
should be cut into thin strips.
