Carrot-Miso Pate Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 cup carrots, sliced
3 each slices ginger
2 each green onions, chopped
2 tbsp mellow white miso
1 tbsp maple syrup
Recipe Preparation
Steam carrots, ginger & green onions until the the carrots are tender,
about 10 minutes. Transfer to a food processor & blend until smooth
along with the remaining ingredients. Spoon into a dish & serve.
