Bok Choy With Hot Bacon Sauce Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chili sauce
6 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp cooking oil
3 cup chopped bok choy
Recipe Preparation
Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan; simmer 5 minutes. Heat
oil in a wok or large skillet. Add bok choy; stir fry until crisp
tender. Place on serving dish; spoon hot sauce over. Serves 6.
