Bok Choy Stir Fry Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup bok choy
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup snow peas
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup water
Recipe Preparation
Heat oil in wok or fry pan. Add salt, bok choy, bean sprouts and snow
peas Stir fry 5-7 min. Mix cornstarch, bouillon powder and sugar
to-gether well and add to vegetables. Stir fry until glazed and
thickened.
