Reuben Dip
Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
4 oz sliced corned beef, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated swiss cheese
1/4 cup chopped and drained sauerkraut
3 tbsp milk
1 rye crackers for dipping
Preparation
Heat cream cheese, sour cream, corned beef, Swiss cheese and
sauerkraut in small sauce pan over low heat until hot, thin with milk
if necessary. Serve with rye crackers.
Per serving: 95 calories, 7 grams fat, 27 milligrams cholesterol, 198
milligrams sodium.
