Appetizers are small first course dishes presented before the entree or main meal.

Reuben Dip No2

 

Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
4 oz corn beef, finely diced
1/4 cup chopped sauerkraut, drained
2 to 3 tbsp. milk



 

Preparation

Combine and heat all ingredients over low heat. Serve with party rye
or rye or pumpernickel bread sticks. May be served at room
