Pretzel Jello Salad

 

Ingredients

2 cup crushed pretzels (not fine)
3/4 cup melted butter
3 tbsp sugar
8 oz cream cheese
10 oz pkgs
1 cup sugar
9 oz cool whip
2 small strawberry jello
2 cup boiling water
20 oz frzn strawberries



 

Preparation

Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Put in 9x13 pan and
bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, 1 c sugar
and cool whip. Spread over cooled pretzel mixture. Add 2 c of boiling
water to 2 small strawberry jello. Add 2 10-oz pkgs frozen
strawberries to jello and let set for 10 minutes. Pour over cheese
mixture & refrigerate until jello sets. Cut into squares and serve.
