Deluxe Salmon Spread Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 lb cooked canned salmon
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp green pepper (diced)
2 tbsp pimento diced
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp tarragon vinegar
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp chopped dried dill
Recipe Preparation
Put mayonnaise, pepper and pimento into blender on low until
smooth. Turn into bowl with rest of ingredients. Mix well. Chill.
Serve with brown bread.
Servings: 4
