Cheese Ball #2 Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
1 lb cheddar cheese
1/2 lb swiss cheese
1/4 lb roquefort cheese
1 clove of garlic
1 dash worcestershire sauce
1 mayonnaise (enough to hold
1 together)
GARNISH
1 paprika, or chopped parsley
Recipe Preparation
Have cheese at room temperature. Put in food grinder with garlic,
worcestershire and just mayonnaise to hold it together. Form into one
large or two small balls and roll in paprika. Chill.
