Avocado & Raisin Dip Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
2 each avocados, peeled & chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Recipe Preparation
Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high
speed until smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables,
assorted crackers or fried tortillas. Makes 1 2/3 cups of dip.
