Dessert Topping *Low-Fat* (D) Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

2 cup mixed frozen raspberries, strawberr, ies & blueberrie
1/3 cup honey, or to taste
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp grated lemon peel
2 tbsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder

DATA PER 2 TBSP

34 *calories
1/8 *gm protein
1/8 *gm fat
3 *gm carbo
1 *mg chol
1 *mg sodium
1 *gm fiber

Recipe Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and puree on high speed until
smooth and creamy. Transfer to a saucepan and cook over medium heat,
whisking frequently, until sauce thickens, about 10 to 12 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
