Breakfast Pizza- Low Fat Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz reduced-fat turkey sausage
1 italian (16-ounce) bread
1 shell
1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat
1 shredded cheddar
1 cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat
1 mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Preparation

Brown meat in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until it crumbles.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Spread over bread shell;
sprinkle with cheeses. Combine egg substitute and next 3 ingredients;
pour over cheese. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
