Apple Coleslaw

 

Ingredients

1 small head of cabbage, shredded or
1 thinly sliced
1 large apple cubed
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp grated orange peel
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp cloves (if desired)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice



 

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
