FOR POULTRY, PORK, FISH
3/4 cup v-8 juice
1/4 cup vodka
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 dash hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1 cup
