1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp mustard, dry
1 dash paprika
1/3 cup beer
1 tsp tobasco sauce
3 tbsp milk
Bring cheese to room temperature, Toss with flour, dry mustard and
paprika. In a suacepan heat beer and tobasco util just warm.
