 Veggie Quiche Ingredients
                      8 eggs -- separated8 oz plain low fat yogurt
 4 oz swiss cheese -- diced
 1 cup vegetable pieces,(broccoli,
 1 cauliflower,
 1 mushrooms, etc.)
 1 small onion
 1 pepper,dash
 1 any herbs of your choice
 
 
 
   Preparation
                      Whip whites until stiff but not dry. Put aside. Mix yogurt, yolks, andcheese. Put aside. In large skillet saute onion, vegetables and
 herbs. Add cheese mixture. Fold in whites delicately. Place in
 piecrust pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
