Impossible Custard Pie Recipe
Recipe Ingredients
IN BLENDER, COMBINE
2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
3 tbsp unsalted butter -- softened
4 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
GARNISH
1 coconut flakes
Recipe Preparation
Preheat oven to 400.
Blend for about a minute. Place in buttered 9 inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with flaked or shredded coconut. Bake until knife inserted 1
inch from edge comes out clean (about 30 minutes)
