1/2 each recipe plain pastry
1 or 1 layer pie crust mix for
7 1/2 oz fresh lump crabmeat
1 (shells and cartilage remove
3 oz swiss cheese (grated)
4 each eggs
2 cup table cream
1/3 cup onion (minced)
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Preheat oven to 425 F.
CRUST: Prepare pie crust as directed. Place pastry on the bottom
