Bologna Quiche Cups Recipe
12 slices bologna
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1 cup milk
Place bologna slices in lightly greased muffin tins to form cups. Mix
together remaining ingredients. Pour into bologna cups. Bake at
(400F) for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
