Ginger Tea

 

Ingredients

2 thin slices of fresh ginger
1 cup boiling water
1 sugar to taste



 

Preparation

A refreshing addition to any Chinese dinner.

Steep fresh ginger slices in boiling hot water for 10 minutes. Add
approximately one teaspoon of sugar per cup of water.
